Thai beef steak strips

- 1 tbsp ground coriander seeds
- 1/3 cup erythritol
- 2 tbsp tamari soy sauce
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 pinch ground ginger
- 1 thai chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 lb beef (flank steak)
- 1/2 lb green beans
- salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Place beef in the freezer for around 30-40 minutes
- Mix coriander, erythritol, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger, chili and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined
- Remove steak from freezer and slice thinly across the grain.
- Place steak in a sealable bowl, pour marinade over steak, and toss to coat.
- Marinate for around 1 hour.
- Cook beans in lightly salted water until done.
- Pan fry beef for 1-2 minutes
- Add beans and pan fry for another minute.
- Season to taste with salt & pepper
