The Best Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS
- 4 pounds chicken wings or thighs
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut wings into drummettes.
- Combine grated cheese and seasonings.
- Line a shallow baking pan with foil. (do not forget to line with foil as hard to clean up.)
- Melt butter in a shallow bowl or pan. Dip each chicken wing in butter then roll in the seasoned cheese and arrange in foil lined pan.
- Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
