The Best Chicken Wings

  • 4 pounds chicken wings or thighs
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons dried parsley
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut wings into drummettes.
  3. Combine grated cheese and seasonings.
  4. Line a shallow baking pan with foil. (do not forget to line with foil as hard to clean up.)
  5. Melt butter in a shallow bowl or pan. Dip each chicken wing in butter then roll in the seasoned cheese and arrange in foil lined pan.
  6. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees
