- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
DIRECTIONS
- Mix jiffy mix, egg and butter, add corn, bake at 350 for 1 hour
