INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 1 hour

  • Preparation Time: 10 min
  • 1⁄2 sick of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can creamed corn
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix jiffy mix, egg and butter, add corn, bake at 350 for 1 hour
