This Affogato’s on Fire
  • Servings: 1
  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • 2 small scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1.5 oz. (about 3 tbsp.) of espresso ( I used Belgian chocolate coffee - (espresso grind/brewed, prepared in a stove-top espresso maker.)
  • A swipe of dark chocolate sauce
  • 1 oz. of cinnamon whiskey
  1. Scoop the ice cream into a large glass or cup.
  2. Add the whiskey and then pour the espresso into your glass.
  3. Swirl on the chocolate sauce and enjoy!
A modern update on the affogato. This is part after dinner drink, part dessert, and totally delicious!
