Three easy meals for two - from one chicken!
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 2
- 1 Tyson's Heat & Eat Chicken (I the used lemon pepper.)
- 1 Box of your favorite Chicken Flavored box of rice (I used an Uncle Ben's Wild Rice - Chicken & Garlic)
- Side of veggies
DIRECTIONS
- Prepare all food according to directions. Save at least 1 cup of chicken (for chicken salad) & the carcass (for chicken & rice soup). Save at least 1 cup of rice (for chicken & rice soup). You may save back more, if you like.
