- Adobo
- Garlic powder

DIRECTIONS
- Make three large (diagonal) incisions on both sides of the tilapia such that the incisions are parallel to each other.
- Add a generous amount of vegetable oil to each side of the tilapia. Add two table spoons of adobo on each side of the tilapia.
- Add one tea spoon of garlic powder on each side of the tilapia.
- Make sure the adobo and garlic powder are evenly spread across the entire fish.
- Put in oven and select broil on 400 degrees F. Allow fish to cook for 30minutes and check every 10 minutes to your level of satisfaction.
