  1. Make three large (diagonal) incisions on both sides of the tilapia such that the incisions are parallel to each other.
  2. Add a generous amount of vegetable oil to each side of the tilapia. Add two table spoons of adobo on each side of the tilapia.
  3. Add one tea spoon of garlic powder on each side of the tilapia.
  4. Make sure the adobo and garlic powder are evenly spread across the entire fish.
  5. Put in oven and select broil on 400 degrees F. Allow fish to cook for 30minutes and check every 10 minutes to your level of satisfaction.
