• 1 lb. of sausge links
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. butter
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup flour
• 1 tsp. pepper

1. In a pan, fry the sausages until they are slightly brown in a casserole dish.
3. Next, place milk, eggs, flour, salt, pepper, and butter in a blender and blend until smooth.
5. Pour batter over sausages and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 min. or until batter becomes golden brown.
