Tom's Crepes

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp sugar
DIRECTIONS
  1. combine all ingredients in a blender
  2. blend for 10 seconds
  3. spread on crepe pan and cook for approximately 15-20 seconds per side
