Tomato Chicken with Spagetti
INGREDIENTS
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 stack of celery, very thinly minced
- 1 12oz can of tomato sauce
- 1 chicken, cut up
- 1 tsp dried tarragon
- 2 seeds of fennel
- 1/2 American bay leaf
- Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 bag of spaghetti
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the spaghetti according to package. Set aside. Fry onions till they change color. Add garlic. Add tomato sauce. Then add the chicken. Add bay leaf, tarragon, fennel, salt & peppper. Add the celery. Mix well. Simmer for 1 hour, or until tender. Mix in spaghetti. Or you can serve separately.
