Tomato Chicken with Spagetti

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 onion, minced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 stack of celery, very thinly minced
  • 1 12oz can of tomato sauce
  • 1 chicken, cut up
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • 2 seeds of fennel
  • 1/2 American bay leaf
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 bag of spaghetti
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package. Set aside. Fry onions till they change color. Add garlic. Add tomato sauce. Then add the chicken. Add bay leaf, tarragon, fennel, salt & peppper. Add the celery. Mix well. Simmer for 1 hour, or until tender. Mix in spaghetti. Or you can serve separately.
