Tomato-Feta Dip
  • Servings: 2 cups
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic and oregano, drained
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Coat a shallow baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle cheese evenly in dish.
  4. Combine lemon juice, oil, red pepper flakes, garlic and tomatoes in a bowl. Spoon into baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes.
