  • 1 sprouted whole wheat bagel
  • 1 home grown or heirloom tomato
  • 2 tab. cream cheese
  • 2 tab. shredded cheddar cheese
  • sprouts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Slice the bagel. Toast it. Preheat the broiler. Spread cream cheese on the bagel. Then the tomato slices, then the cheddar cheese. Broil for 3 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle sprouts on top.
