Torta de Jamon Mexicana (Mexican Ham Torta)

  • 4 teleras cut in halves and without the crumb
  • 8 slices ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 8 slices of raw onion
  • 8 slices ripe avocado
  • Strips of chiles in vinegar to taste.
  • Refried beans in sufficient quantity.
  1. Spread beans in the two halves of the bolillos; placed in a half, two slices of ham and cheese. Add onion, avocado and peppers. Cover with half of bread and serve in a plate or in a large paper napkin.
