Tortellini Soup
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 t. oil
  • 1 T. dried basil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 c. chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. frozen tortellini
  • 1/8 t. pepper
  • 1 lg. V-8
  • 2 cans green beans, drained
  • 1 pkg. Calif. blend veggies (Broc, Cauli, carrots)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oil in pot. Add basil & garlic; Cook 1 min. stirring constantly. Add broth, tortellini and pepper.
  2. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to med; cover & simmer 10 min.
  3. Add V-8, green beans and Calif. blend. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 10 min. longer
