Triple Chocolate Brownies
  • Cooking Time: 25-35 minutes baketime
  • Servings: makes 12 brownies
  • Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. Grandmas GF Baking Mix (or mix of your choice)
  • 3/4 t. zanthum gum
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1/4 c. milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans, if desired.
  • Fudge frosting
  1. Melt butter in microwave. Meanwhile in a large bowl mix together eggs and sugar. Stir in melted butter with stand or hand mixer. Turn off mixer, add GGFG baking mix, zanthum gum, and cocoa. Stir until moistened, then turn on mixer and beat well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts, if desired. Pour into 8"X8" baking pan lined with parchment paper and bake in an oven preheated to 350F 25-35 minutes until knife comes out with moist crumb. Remove from oven and cool before frosting.
