Tuesday Night Shrimp

  • Jasmin rice
  • Adobo seasoning
  • Chicken cube
  • Shrimp
  • Olive oil
  • Crushed chile flakes
  • Minced garlic
  • Salt
  • Rice vinegar
  • White pepper
  1. Make rice as directed, as the water is boiling drop in a chicken cube and let dissolve, add 1tsp of adobo seasoning, Bring to boil then simmer as directed.
  2. Shrimp:
  3. Heat 2tsp of olive oil, add garlic (low heat ) to prevent the garlic from frying. Add chile flakes, cook for about 2 min in low heat. Add shrimp, stir the shrimp aroung so that they all get coated with the oil add 2tsp of rice vinegar and white pepper (at this point you can put the heat on med.)Stir and allow the shrimp to cook. Serve over rice
