Tuna Burgers
  • 5 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp mayo
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
  • Horseradish mayo
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp horseradish
  1. Combine ingredients for tuna burgers in a bowl. Shape into 5 patties, and transfer to a greased baking sheet. Broil for 5-7 minutes on each side. A lot of times we just eat them like this, but you can also grill them for 2 minutes on each side after you’ve broiled them
  2. Serve on a whole grain bun. Top with horseradish mayo if you’d like.
