Tuna Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can (3 oz.) Chinese noodles
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can chunk white tuna or an equal amount of chicken
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup minced onions
  • 1 small can water chestnuts
  • 1/2 cup cashew nuts (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Saute celery and onion. Combine one half of the noodles with all the other ingredients in a casserole dish.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Add remaining noodles over top during the last few minutes.
