Tuna Fish Cakes

- 1 can tuna
- 1 egg
- 1 small onion
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- salt, pepper, and parsley to taste
DIRECTIONS
- Grate the onion into a bowl, then add the other ingredients. Mix these together, adding more breadcrumbs if necessary to form a paste. Form the mixture into small patties, and sauté them in olive oil until golden brown and delicious (approximately 2-3 minutes per side; cooking times vary based on heat and patty size). Serve warm.
