Tuna Salad Sandwiches
INGREDIENTS
  • 2 packets tuna fish, in water
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh dill
  • juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 1 dill pickle, chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup low fat mayonaise (more or less depending on your tastes)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I don't use any real measurements in this, so you may want to adjust according to your tastes. It's very good and low fat. I put mine on toasted wheat bread, with a pickle on the side.
