Tuna Spinach Salad

  • Spinach (fresh/rinsed/ready to eat) in a bag
  • Cilantro, chopped
  • Chives, diced
  • 1/2 Lemon or Lime
  • Jalapeno Chili Pepper (if desired), diced
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place fresh spinach in a bowl, per serving
  2. Pour tuna on top
  3. Include diced chives and jalapenos, as desired
  4. Squeeze 1/2 lemon or lime
  5. Garnish with Cilantro
  6. Enjoy!
