Tuna and Pasta Surprise

INGREDIENTS
- One onion - diced
- 2 tins of Tuna brine or oil (do NOT drain)
- Cupfull of sliced mushrooms
- Two tomatoes - cubed
- 2 Teaspoons of sugar
- Two teaspoons of Mixed herbs
- Spaghetti - cooked (+- 500gr for 4 adults)
- Grated cheddar Cheese - optional
DIRECTIONS
- If you are using tuna in oil - use the oil to fry the onions in untill soft (otherwise use a dash of olive oil), add mushrooms, fry till soft.
- Add tomatoes (sprinkle sugar over - to reduce acidicy)
- Sprinkle mixed herbs over tomaote mixture simmer untill soft.
- Add tuna (brine as well), simmer for a couple of minutes, stir to ensure that tuna is mixed well with other recipes. Do not let it become to dry - you need the moisture for mixing with the spaghetti.
- Dish up cooked spaghetti and spoon tuna over - or mix the tuna with the spaghetti and then dish up.
- Add cheese over tuna and spaghetti.
