Turke 'n Stuffing Bake

INGREDIENTS
  • 3 C prepared stuffing
  • 2 3/4 oz fried onions
  • 1 can cream of celery
  • 3/4 C milk
  • 1 1/2 C cooked tukey
  • '10 oz peas, thawed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine stuffing & half can onions.
  2. Spoon mixture into a shallow 9" baking dish.
  3. Press mixture to form a shell along bottom & sides of pan.
  4. Combine cream of soup, milk, turkey & peas, pour into stuffing shell.
  5. Bake covered 350 F for 30 minutes.
  6. Top with remaining onions.
  7. Bake uncovered 5 minutes longer.

This is my favorite leftover Thanksgiving recipe. I do not remember where I found this recipe, but I have made it for several years now.
