Turkey Burgers

  • 1.5 lbs. Ground Turkey 85/15
  • 1 whole onion puree
  • 1 garlic clove grated
  • salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a large bowl mix together ground turkey
  2. onion puree,garlic
  3. salt and pepper to taste
  4. Make patties about 1/2 inch thick
  5. In a large pan heated to medium high heat
  6. begin to brown patties on each side
  7. 4 mins on each side
  8. they are done when the juices run clear
  9. serve with fresh red leaf lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles
  10. with mustard and aioli
  11. and the best buns you an find...I like romaine lettuce for my bun!

I wanted a recipe for a turkey burger that was't dry. I'm not sure why I didn't think of I before...but this is a great burger!!! you will enjoy the flavor and the moistness!
