Turkey Lasagna

- Half Pound Ground Turkey
- 2-3 Andouille Chick Sausage
- 1 - 16 Oz. Jar Garlic Basil Tomato Sauce
- 10 Oz. Ricotta Cheese
- 1 - 10 Oz. Mozzarella Cheese
- Half Jar Parmesan Cheese
- 1-3 Slices Provolone Cheese
- 16 Lasagna Noodles
- Tbsp. Parsley
- Black Pepper To Taste
- Oregano
- 1-2 Clove Garlic, Minced
- Onion Powder
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oven to 425 degrees
- Cook noodles according to package instructions
- Remove sausage from casing
- Brown the turkey and sausage in the same pan and season with onion powder, parsley, black pepper, minced garlic, and maybe a smidge of parmesan
- Once browned, add sauce to pan and mix well
- Mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, oregano, and black pepper in a separate bowl until well combined
- For layering, put one even layer of noodles into a desired glass baking container
- Spread even layer of ricotta
- Spread even layer of sauce
- Add some parmesan and mozzarella
- Evenly divide each layer using separate ingredients
- Cook for 20-30 minutes
