Turkey Lasagna

  • Half Pound Ground Turkey
  • 2-3 Andouille Chick Sausage
  • 1 - 16 Oz. Jar Garlic Basil Tomato Sauce
  • 10 Oz. Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 - 10 Oz. Mozzarella Cheese
  • Half Jar Parmesan Cheese
  • 1-3 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 16 Lasagna Noodles
  • Tbsp. Parsley
  • Black Pepper To Taste
  • Oregano
  • 1-2 Clove Garlic, Minced
  • Onion Powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions
  3. Remove sausage from casing
  4. Brown the turkey and sausage in the same pan and season with onion powder, parsley, black pepper, minced garlic, and maybe a smidge of parmesan
  5. Once browned, add sauce to pan and mix well
  6. Mix ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, parsley, oregano, and black pepper in a separate bowl until well combined
  7. For layering, put one even layer of noodles into a desired glass baking container
  8. Spread even layer of ricotta
  9. Spread even layer of sauce
  10. Add some parmesan and mozzarella
  11. Evenly divide each layer using separate ingredients
  12. Cook for 20-30 minutes
