Turkey Sliders with Honey Dijon Mayonnaise

  • 12 Ounces lean ground turkey
  • 3/4 Cup bread crumbs
  • 2 Tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 Clove garlic minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 Teaspoon salt freshly ground black pepper
  • 12 Dinner or slider rolls
  • 1/2 Cup mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoon honey Dijon mustard
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. To ground turkey, add cheese, bread crumbs and all seasonings. Mix together well. Shape turkey into 16 small patties. Place patties on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 minutes or until cooked through and juices run clear. Whisk mayonnaise with honey Dijon mustard and stir until well blended. Smear onto rolls liberally, add baked turkey and top with the top of the bun.
