Turkey patties

INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 6 to 8
  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tsp sage
  • 2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 tsps orange zest
  • olive for frying
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a bowl, combine the salt and pepper, sage,ginger and orange zest.
  2. Mix together well.
  3. Scoop out a tablespoon and fry and a just taste. Then form patties.
