Turmeric latte
INGREDIENTS

  • Preparation Time: 5 minutes
  • 1 cup coconut milk (or any preferred)
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • dash black pepper
  • a small piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 tbs honey (or agave nectar or any alternative sweetener)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix all ingredients in a small pot
  2. Gently bring to boil
  3. Pour in a mug and enjoy!
