Turmeric latte

- 1 cup coconut milk (or any preferred)
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- dash black pepper
- a small piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tbs honey (or agave nectar or any alternative sweetener)
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all ingredients in a small pot
- Gently bring to boil
- Pour in a mug and enjoy!
