• 1 12-count box Hostess Twinkies (or similar brand)
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 3 tablespoons Kahlua (or similar brand)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • dash of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  1. - Unwrap Twinkies and slice lengthwise, arranging filling side up in 8X8" baking dish.
  2. - Mix coffee and two tablespoons of the Kahlua in clean spray bottle and spritz Twinkies till they're well saturated
  3. - In a medim-size mixing bowl, mix softened cream cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and remaining Kahlua
  4. - Spread half of the cream cheese mixture on the sliced Twinkies
  5. - Top with another layer of sliced Twinkies, filling side down
  6. - Spritz Twinkies with coffee spray
  7. - Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over second layer of Twinkies
  8. - Sift cocoa powder over cream cheese mixture
  9. - Chill for at least two hours
