UNCOOKED CRANBERRY RELISH

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 large orange, quartered and seeded
  • 1 lb. (4 cups) fresh or frozen and slightly thawed
  • cranberries
  • 1 1/4 C. Firmly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. Ground cinnamon
  • 1 large apple, finely chopped
  • 1 T. Lemon juice
  • 1/2 C chopped walnuts
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put orange and cranberries through the coarse blade of a food grinder or chop coarsly. Mix
  2. Put about 1/4 of the mixture at a time in electric blender container. Blend until very finely chopped.
  3. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cover ad refrigerate
