Uncooked tomato sauce
INGREDIENTS
  • very ripe tomatoes (like ones from your garden, peeled)
  • garlic cloves (peeled, mashed with salt)
  • olive oil
  • ground black/white pepper
  • fresh basil
DIRECTIONS
  1. Procedure: Blend everything together and serve over gnocchi, for example.
  2. Note: Dip tomatoes in boiling water for 10 seconds before peeling. Skin almost falls off.
