Upside Down Pizza Casserole
  • 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 15-oz. can Italian style tomato sauce
  • 1-1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 10-oz. pkg. refrigerated biscuits
  1. In a large skillet, cook ground beef until brown. Drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce; heat through. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Flatten each biscuit with hands; arrange the biscuits on top of cheese. Bake at 400 degrees
  3. for 15 min. or until biscuits are golden
