Vegan beyond meat sliders

- 1/2 lb Beyond Beef®
- 18-pack Slider Rolls
- Follow Your Heart Vegan Smoked Gouda Cheese
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tbsp pepper
- Tomatoes
- lettuce
- condiments of choice
DIRECTIONS
- `1.Preheat oven to 350 F.
- 2.Combine the Beyond Beef®, salt, pepper, and garlic powder in a 9×13-inch (23×33-cm) rimmed baking dish, mixing thoroughly, then press into a flat, even layer.
- 3.Bake for 20 minutes. Drain the liquid and set the cooked Beyond Beef aside.
- 4. On a plate put the desired amount of rolls, cut lenghtwise. Add on condiments of choice, along with the beyond beef, followed by smoked gouda cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes.
- 4. plate, serve, and enjoy!
