Vegetable Beef Soup

  • 3 lbs. stew meat (cut into 1" pieces)
  • 1 tbsp. oil
  • 4 potatoes (cubed0
  • 4 carrots (sliced)
  • 3 ribs celery (sliced)
  • 1- 14oz. can diced tomatoes
  • 1- 14oz. can crushed Italian tomatoes
  • 2 med. chopped onions
  • 2 wedges cabbage (sliced)
  • 2 beef bouillons
  • 1 tbsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 cup elbow pasta
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown meat in oil
  2. Combine all ingredients.
  3. Cover in water in slow cooker
  4. Cook on low 8-10hrs.
  5. Last 30min. of cooking add the macaroni
