Vegetable Miso Ramen Noodles

  • 1 Big Tablespoon red miso paste
  • 1 Teaspoon vegetable broth buillion
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Chili paste
  • 1/2 Teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1/2 Teaspoon sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon soy sauce
  • 2 Cups warm water
  • 1/2 Cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 Carrot sliced into matchsticks
  • 1/2 Cup of cabbage
  • 3 Packages Ramen Noodles
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix the first eight ingredients and warm in a sauce pan. In a skillet with a little sesame oil, saute the vegetable about 6 minutes. Pour in the broth from the sauce pan and add the noodles.
