Vegetable Miso Ramen Noodles

- 1 Big Tablespoon red miso paste
- 1 Teaspoon vegetable broth buillion
- 1/2 Teaspoon Chili paste
- 1/2 Teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 Teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 Teaspoon sugar
- 1 Teaspoon soy sauce
- 2 Cups warm water
- 1/2 Cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- 1 Carrot sliced into matchsticks
- 1/2 Cup of cabbage
- 3 Packages Ramen Noodles
DIRECTIONS
- Mix the first eight ingredients and warm in a sauce pan. In a skillet with a little sesame oil, saute the vegetable about 6 minutes. Pour in the broth from the sauce pan and add the noodles.
