Vegetable Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lrg. head cauliflower, finely chopped
  • 1 lrg. bunch broccoli, finely chopped
  • 1 c. celery, finely chopped
  • 1 c. onion, finely chopped
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, uncooked
  • Dressing:
  • 2 c. salad dressing
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put all veg. in bowl, pour dressing over all; mix well and refrigerate several hours before serving.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
Kay says - Actually, I make this 24 hours ahead. It tastes even better that just chilling for a several hours. This is a pretty salad and surprisingly refreshing in the heat of summer!!
