Vegetarian Portobello Pizza

  • 4 large Portobello Mushroom
  • 60g Cherry tomatoes
  • 60g Shredded mozzarella
  • 1 Yellow pepper
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 120ml Pizza sauce
  • 1 Garlic
  • 15ml Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 bag Sesame kale and bell pepper salad
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Preparation
  2. In a bowl, mix about 3 tbsp olive oil, the vinegar and pour it over the washed mushroom heads. Cover and reserve for 10-15 minutes. While it soaks, chop and mince the Garlic , cut the cherry tomatoes in half, cut the bell pepper about 1/4 inch thick lengthwise and slice the onion. Set aside.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350 ° F / 176°C . When ready, garnish the inside of the mushroom heads with the Pizza sauce.
  5. 3. Add the vegetables and cheese
  6. Add the cherry tomato halves, sliced peppers and chopped onions. Sprinkle with the cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 30 minutes.
