INGREDIENTS
  • 3 soft tortellia shells
  • 1/2 of soften 8oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 green,red,yellow pepper
  • 1/2 onion
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • dash of garlic and onion powder
  • dice veggies
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook veggies in pan with olive oil until tender about 3 minutes,let cool.
  2. Mix with soften cream cheese.
  3. Spread on shells about 1 1/2 tablespoon,roll up shell.
  4. Let stand in fridge(if you have time)just long enough for the cheese to stand.
  5. Then cut into 1/4 inch slices and serve.
