Veggie Spirals
INGREDIENTS
- 3 soft tortellia shells
- 1/2 of soften 8oz cream cheese
- 1/2 green,red,yellow pepper
- 1/2 onion
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- dash of garlic and onion powder
- dice veggies
DIRECTIONS
- Cook veggies in pan with olive oil until tender about 3 minutes,let cool.
- Mix with soften cream cheese.
- Spread on shells about 1 1/2 tablespoon,roll up shell.
- Let stand in fridge(if you have time)just long enough for the cheese to stand.
- Then cut into 1/4 inch slices and serve.
