Velvetta Cheeseburger Mac

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. Ground beef
  • 2-3/4 cups water
  • 1/3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • 2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • 1/2 lb. Velvetta, cut up
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
  2. Add water, ketchup and onion powder and mix well.
  3. Bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in macaroni, cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 8-10 min. or until macaroni is tender.
  5. Stir in velvetta; cook until melted, stirring occasionally.
