Very Easy Beer Bread
  • Cooking Time: 45
  • 3 cups all purpose flour or half wheat half white, or you can do 2 cups wheat 1 cup white
  • 1Tbsp sugar 2 if you prefer sweeter bread such as the Tastefully Simple recipe
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 12 oz beer and if making the wheat you will need to add 2 ounces of water or beer
  • Optional:
  • 2 Tbsp dill weed (fresh or dry)
  • 1/2 - 1 cup of cheddar
  • I bet rye seeds would be good in this also
  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Mix or sift dry ingredients add beer mixing till just mixed, pour in greased loaf pan and bake in oven for full 45 minutes.
  3. You can test with toothpick early if your oven runs hot.
If you like a very dense chewy bread this is the bomb.
