Vidalia Onion Pie

- 2 cups cracker crumbs (Ritz)
- 1 stick melted butter
- 2 cups (or more to taste) thin sliced Vidalia onions
- 2-3 cups shredded cheese of choice
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup of milk
- salt
- pepper
- herbs of choice
DIRECTIONS
- 2 cups cracker crumbs (Ritz)
- 1 stick melted butter
- blend together and arrange in a pie pan
- Saute 2 cups (or more to taste) thin sliced Vidalia onions in butter until translucent. Place in crust. Sprinkle shredded cheese of choice (2-3 cups). Mix 2 eggs and 3/4 cup of milk, salt, pepper and any herbs of choice together and pour on top of onions/cheese.
- Bake at 350 for about 1/2 hour (pie will be firm)
