Waffles
INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 16
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 Tblsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 egg yolks, beaten
  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 egg whites, beaten stiff
DIRECTIONS
  1. Measure dry ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
  2. Blend.
  3. Combine egg yolks and milk.
  4. Stir into dry ingredients.
  5. Stir in vegetable oil.
  6. Carefully fold in egg whites. Do not overmix.
  7. Pour approximately 2/3 c. batter onto preheated
  8. and greased round waffle maker.
  9. If using a 4 square waffle maker increase batter amount to approximately 1-1/2 c.
  10. Makes approximately 16 waffles.
