Warm Coconut Icing

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 (5oz) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (3.5oz) can coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. In medium saucepan, combine butter, sugar & evaporated milk.
  2. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly; remove from heat.
  3. Stir in coconut, pecans & vanilla. Pour over hot cake
