Wasabi Pea Crusted Salmon

- Servings: 4
- 1 cup wasabi peas crushed
- 4 salmon fillets (skin off)
- 4 Tbsp. mayonaise
- salt & pepper
- lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
- Line a baking tray with foil and coat with olive oil. Coat salmon steaks with mayonaise, salt & pepper. Dredge in crushed wasabi peas.
- Bake in 450 degree F oven for 8-12 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice. SOOO Good!!
- For more taste, instead of coating with mayonaise, use Yeri-Yeri Teriaki Sauce, then dredge in wasabi peas.
