Wasabi Pea Crusted Salmon

  • 1 cup wasabi peas crushed
  • 4 salmon fillets (skin off)
  • 4 Tbsp. mayonaise
  • salt & pepper
  • lemon juice
  1. Line a baking tray with foil and coat with olive oil. Coat salmon steaks with mayonaise, salt & pepper. Dredge in crushed wasabi peas.
  2. Bake in 450 degree F oven for 8-12 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice. SOOO Good!!
  3. For more taste, instead of coating with mayonaise, use Yeri-Yeri Teriaki Sauce, then dredge in wasabi peas.
