• 1 gallon apple cider
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 24 each whole cloves
  • 1 whole orange rind
  • 1/2 cup red hots
  1. In a dutch oven, pour in the apple cider and lemon-lime soda.
  2. In a cheese cloth put in the cinnamon stick, whole cloves and orange rind. Simmer to almost a boil then add the red hots stir constantly till completely disolved.
  3. This recipe can be made the day before, storing it in the fridge after being made, and just put into a crock pot the day you need it or stored in the fridge and poured out a cup at a time and reheated in the microwave.
I had wassail at Silver Dollar City and came back home trying to duplicate the recipe to the best of my ability. I hope you enjoy it.
