Weight Watcher's Pumpkin or Spice Muffins

INGREDIENTS
  • 2/3 cup dry powered milk
  • 1 tsp pumpkin or apple pie spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 8 pkg Splenda
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 4 tbsp raisins
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, combine eggs and vanilla. Add pumpkin and mix well. Add dry ingredients, carrots and raisens. Spray muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  2. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes
