  • 4 lg whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 tsp.reduced calorie mayo
  • 12 slices ready to serve bacon
  • 2 tomatos, sliced
  • lettuce, shredded
  1. Spread each tortillas with the mayo. Microwave six slices of bacon for 30-40 seconds, until crisp. Repeat with another 6 slices.
  2. Place 3 slices of bacon on each tortilla and top with shredded lettuce and 3 thick slices of tomato. Roll each tortilla burrito style. Cut in half (two halves equal one serving)
