Wendy's wonderful Velveeta roll
  • 1 2lb. package of Velveeta- at room temperature
  • 1 lb. sausage browned
  • 2 japs seeded and diced
  • 1 pkg.cream cheese
  • guacamole optional
  1. Roll velveeta out into a rectangle.
  2. Mix other ingredients and spread down the middle of the velveeta.
  3. Fold edges together and place seam side down on a serving platter. Serve with crackers.
  4. We usually use a stencil and make a design with paparika on the top. You can mix all kinds of ingredients in this to fityour taste. This is addicting.
My husband's uncle who is a great cook does this recipe all the time for gatherings.
