  • 4-6 Chicken Breasts, Cooked and Chopped or Shredded
  • 2 Leeks (Optional)
  • 1/2 lb Asparagus, Diced
  • 1/2 Onion, Diced
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream (Or Greek Yogurt)
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Fresh Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1/8 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp Oregano
  • 1/4 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tsp Parmesan Cheese, Shredded
  1. Oven Temperature: 350°F
  2. *Place chicken, leeks, asparagus, and onion in buttered baking dish
  3. *Add black pepper, cayenne, cilantro, nutmeg, oregano, and sour cream
  4. *Top with bread crumbs and cheese
  5. *Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until brown
