  • 1 sm pkg sugar free fat free butterscotch pudding
  • 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  • 4 lg apples, peeled & chunked
  • 8 oz tub light or fat free cool whip
  • 1 cup coconut (optional)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Daughter gave me this recipe she recieved at a weight watchers meeting.
  2. 1 sm pkg sugar free fat free butterscotch pudding
  3. 20 oz can crushed pineapple
  4. 4 lg apples, peeled & chunked
  5. 8 oz tub light or fat free cool whip
  6. 1 cup coconut (optional)
  7. Drain Pineapple and reserve juice.
  8. Combine dry pudding & pineapple. Mix
  9. Next add pineapple juice- Mix
  10. Add apples and coconut- Mix
  11. Fold in cool whip. Cool in fridge,
  12. Serves 8 = 3 pts a serving
  13. 2 pts without Coconut
