White Bean Soup

- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (12oz) can Great Northern Beans, drained
- 1 Tbsp. fresh, crushed rosemary
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper, fresh ground is best
- 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
DIRECTIONS
- Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add the beans,
- rosemary, and pepper. Stir in chicken broth. Bring to a boil and reduce
- heat to low. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Ready to serve or cool it a little, and transfer to food processor (I personally like it
- better this way).
