White Bean Soup
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (12oz) can Great Northern Beans, drained
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh, crushed rosemary
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper, fresh ground is best
  • 1 cup low sodium chicken broth
  1. Heat oil and garlic over medium heat for about 1 minute. Add the beans,
  2. rosemary, and pepper. Stir in chicken broth. Bring to a boil and reduce
  3. heat to low. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Ready to serve or cool it a little, and transfer to food processor (I personally like it
  4. better this way).
